Even if a very small amount of glue line overflows, it can be coordinated with the color of the edge banding and is not easy to detect.For most conventional wood grain edge banding strips, natural EVA hot melt adhesive can meet the general appearance requirements because of its moderate color and relatively low cost, making it a widely used general-purpose product.In actual production, some furniture companies will establish color matching standards according to different product series and customer requirements, and clarify what color EVA hot melt adhesive should be used for specific edge banding strips, and guide procurement and production in this way.

In addition to color matching, the color stability of EVA hot melt adhesive itself is also one of the factors that affect the appearance of the final product.High-quality EVA hot melt adhesive adds an appropriate amount of antioxidants and light stabilizers in the production process, which can maintain relatively stable color during use and aging, and is not prone to yellowing or fading.However, poor-quality rubber species may change in color under long-term light or high temperature environment, resulting in gradual color differences in the edge banding area.Therefore, in furniture products with high color requirements, it is particularly important to choose EVA hot melt adhesive with good color stability.In the trial stage of new rubber species, furniture companies usually conduct accelerated aging tests to observe the color changes of the rubber layer to ensure the durability of the appearance of the product after batch use.
